Senior Solution Consultant

Stibo Systems (June 2013 - Present)

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, I identify a client organization's data management strengths and weaknesses and document the "as is" and "to be" processes. I review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to the proposed solution and I develop specs and change requests for continuing client engagements.

This requires that I maintain excellent lines of communication with both the client as well as various internal development teams to support testing, identify, track and report issues, and keep abreast of changing client needs. Doing so means I regularly help facilitate meetings both with the client (remotely and on site) and with internal development teams to make sure we keep everyone on the same page.

I currently specialize in automotive industry projects.

Manager of Data Analysis - Finance

Healthcare Solutions (June 2011 - June 2013)

Develop and maintain reports utilizing SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services, Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Report to Sr. VP of Finance. Almost exclusively supporting Finance department in creation and management of reports necessary for monthly/quarterly/yearly closings and audits. Including ad hoc reporting and scheduling of regular reports.

Develop and maintain reports utilizing SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services, Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Report to Director of Decision Support. Mainly supported the Finance department, but also worked with Sales, Product, Accounts Receivable and IT on a regular basis.

Business Analyst

Access Insurance Company (October 2006 - October 2009)

Study customer behavior. Develop customer retention metrics and initiatives. Ad hoc reporting for the entire Underwriting department. The majority of my work was in pulling meaningful data out of SQL databases and presenting it in clear and concise reports that were easy to understand.

Trainer / QA

Safeco (October 2000 - October 2006)

Advanced through several roles during my tenure, spending the greater part in Training and QA the last few years. Held my P&C license in a dozen or so states throughout the Northeast and Midwest US. For a time was the sole resource responsible for training newly appointed independent producers on how to utilize Safeco's proprietary software to write and service their Personal and Commercial business. Sometimes traveled to various events for face time with particularly valuable clients and their offices. Spent the last year or so as part of the in-house Training and QA group responsible for the Indianapolis Call Center.

Helped to develop a scorecard system of managing site performance metrics that rolled all the way from phone reps up to the Regional Service Leader making the process very objective and results oriented. This tool was adopted by several other sites.

Helped develop the reporting procedures and definition of a Customer Retention Analyst position in my waning months with the company, designed to give a more detailed view of customer behavior in an effort to help focus attention on areas of growth as well as loss.
